At Aspire Beauty, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange, or replacement for an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, provided we are notified within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns
All items must be returned in a saleable condition:
• Unopened and unused.
• In their original packaging with all seals, labels, and hygiene protection intact.
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and hygiene reasons.
We are unable to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange on products that are not in a re-saleable condition.
If your order included a free gift or promotional item, this must also be returned before any refund or replacement can be processed. Failure to do so may result in the value of the gift being deducted from your refund.
UAE Returns
For approved returns within the UAE, we may arrange a collection service at our discretion. Return arrangements and policies may be amended at any time without prior notice.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your refund has been approved and processed, refunds to the original payment method are usually immediate on our side. However, depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Please note: Aspire Beauty currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only. Due to health and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been opened, used, or where the original seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty or was supplied in error.
